Welcome to the official website for Wharton Beach Week 2008! We are VERY excited and hope that many of you can join us for one of the final celebrations as the Class of 2008!

Official Beach Week events run from Thursday evening, May 8th, through Monday evening, May 12th. In order to participate in all events, we recommend you arrive in Miami on the afternoon of the 8th and depart on the afternoon of the 13th.

Please take a minute to navigate the website for important information relevant to your trip down to Miami. We will be updating the details on a regular basis so please visit this site regularly for the latest news and information!

Make Your Reservations Now for Tours and Day Trips!

For those of you interested in any sighseeing tours and day trips in the area, we have negotiated a discount with Miami Beach 411. Tours should be reserved in advance latest by 5pm the day before you plan to go. If you have a large group, we recommend making a reservation earlier so that there is adequate time for the necessary arrangements to be made. You can make your reservations 1) online or 2) by phone seven days
a week, 9am-7pm (PLEASE NOTE: reservations via phone are $3 more than via internet).

The “Official” Beach Week Hotel

While the Doubletree Surfcomber is the “official” hotel of Beach Week, the # of rooms reserved for Beach Week are limited. However, the Surfcomber has had some recent cancellations and still have some rooms available. They are also extending the special Wharton rate of $219/night until April 18 so book your rooms quickly if you are interested in staying there!
